BISHOP ROBERT L. DAVIS

 

 1975 Bishop Davis life CHANGED through the television show       " I BELEIVE IN MIRACLES KATHRYN KULHMAN" but one night in a dream God placed Bishop Davis on the same stage in that same prayer line and worked a miracle in HIM,  that dream became a reality " the power of the HOLY GHOST had come upon him and have not let him go to this day.

 

Bishop Davis served under the leadership of Pastor Ocar Kelley at the NewTown C.O.G.I.C. in Waxahachie Texas.  In 1984 God had spoken to Bishop Davis to lead His people by organizing a church called Davis Temple. After several years passed God spoke through Bishop Davis father, Pete Davis in a dream to call it Upper Room and through another witness to call it Emmanuel, so it came cleary God wanted the name to be  "Emmanuel Upper Room Church " where Bishop Davis is the Founder and leader.

  

Bishop Davis was born June 17, 1953, a native of Abernathy, Texas. Father and Mother, Pete and Irene Davis. Bishop Davis is the 6th child of 7. His education was at the Ennis Independent School Districts and He graduated in 1971. Bishop Davis was and is a hard working man with the experience of a Carpenter and doing Upholstery work since 1972. 

 

He married his sweetheart First Lady Claudia Davis ( Claudia Ann Chandler) at an early age. To this union 3 children were born, a set of twins, Bryon and Tyron and a Son Robert Deon Davis.  3 Grand children, and 1 Great Grand Child and 1 Daughter-in law and 1 Grand- Daughter in law.  Bishop Davis resides in Reagor Springs TX.
